About the Company:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and taxation. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Day-to-Day Accounts: Record and manage all financial transactions in Tally ERP.
• Journal Entries: Process and maintain entries for sales, purchases, and expense invoices.
• E-Invoicing: Knowledge and experience in managing e-invoicing processes.
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements on a monthly basis.
• Import/Export Payments: Manage payments related to import/export transactions and related accounting activities.
• Ledger Scrutiny & Reconciliation: Regularly scrutinize and reconcile ledgers with customers and suppliers.
• Debtors & Creditors Management: Handle ageing analysis and follow-up on outstanding balances with debtors and creditors.
• GST Returns Preparation: Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and manage GST audits.
• TDS Calculations: Calculate monthly TDS liabilities and ensure timely deposits.
• TDS/TCS Return Filing: File TDS/TCS returns and manage related activities.
• Reconciliation of 26AS: Reconcile 26AS data with company records.
• Audit Coordination: Assist in coordination with external auditors during audits.
• MIS Reports: Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by the Director.
• Finalization of Accounts: Assist in the finalization of annual accounts and financial statements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter, or other relevant certifications preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation matters.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in handling import/export-related accounting transactions is a plus.
