Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Andheri/Mumbai

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements GST, TDS, PF, ESI,
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Generate MIS reports and provide financial data analysis as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Exposure to taxation and compliance-related work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,966.24 per month
