Role & responsibilities

The position will handle the distribution network & Direct Customers of Jodhpur & Udaipur Region- P&C Retail, along with responsibility of Secondary sales development activities. The employee will also be responsible for Payment receivables & new channel development.

  1. Achieve sales target

  2. Achieve sales target in the assigned territory

  3. Forecasting and planning of demand at start of each month

  4. Business Development

  5. Identify new retailers/markets for conversion

  6. Convert the identified retailers/ market opportunities.

  7. Implement Secondary Promotion schemes rolled over time to time

  8. Market Development Activity

  9. Ensure GNO visibility at key retailers place.

  10. Conduct Kiosk Activity at retailers place.

  11. Dealer/Customer Management

  12. Impart basic training to dealers & their sales personnel

  13. Handle & Investigate complaints, make reports & close the complaints in all respects.

  14. Market Intelligence

  15. Gather information from market on: Competition activity & Market Mapping

  16. Management of Receivables

  17. Ensure collections as per the Credit Policy.

  18. Maintain the quality of receivables

  19. Reporting – Monthly, Visit

  20. Manage various Sales reports through Customer Interface Management (CIM)

  21. Track secondary sales data through Retail CRM
