Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at SquareBuild Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the real estate industry. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong recruiting and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to qualify prospects and convert them into customers
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Lead and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding performance
  • Provide training and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights to the team
