Responsibilities:1.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targetsand expand the companys customer base.2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketresearch networking and lead generation.3.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing andprospective clients understanding their needs and providingtailored solutions.4. Lead the sales team bysetting goals providing training and ensuring performance targetsare met.5. Collaborate with otherdepartments such as marketing product development and customerservice to enhance the overall customerexperience.6. Prepare and present salesforecasts reports and budgets tomanagement.
Requirements:1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield. MBA preferred.2. Proven track recordof success in IT sales with at least 3 years of experience in asimilar role.3. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technicalconcepts to nontechnical audiences.4. Strongleadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating asales team.5. Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment and adapt to changingpriorities.6. Knowledge of CRM software andproficiency in Microsoft Office suite.7.Willingness to work in US shifttimings.
