Company Description

HedgeHomes is India’s first end-to-end home buying platform. It is a real estate consulting startup founded by graduates from prestigious institutes like IIT, IIM, and BITS Pilani. HedgeHomes aims to bring transparency and trust to real estate buying. They assist homebuyers in making the right property decisions through extensive market research and evaluation based on legal, construction, and sustainability factors.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Noida. The ideal candidate is a driven and talented sales professional who is eager to take on a new challenge and help us continue our growth and success.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-value clients through direct enquiries and present the company's services and offerings
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements, and offer expert advice and guidance on suitable properties from our verified list of options
  • Accompany clients on site visits and provide comprehensive information on the pros and cons of each location, helping them make informed decisions
  • Close sales, finalize all necessary paperwork, and hand over to the post-sales team for seamless service delivery
  • Support business development activities through active lead nurturing, developing long-lasting relationships with prospects, and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions using our cloud-based CRM system
  • Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Report daily sales activities, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales results to management, keeping them informed of progress and areas for improvement


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with experience in B2C sales being a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and persuade clients and prospects
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a willingness to adapt and learn
  • A team player mentality, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, support staff, and stakeholders
