We are seeking an experienced
Customer Care Sr. Engineer (QA)
who can handle customer quality concerns, implement strong corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement on the shopfloor.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and resolve
customer complaints , ensuring quick and effective corrective actions.
Apply structured problem-solving tools such as
8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, and Fishbone Analysis .
Lead
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and related quality documentation .
Support
customer audits, visits, and approvals
by preparing necessary data and presenting with confidence.
Implement
QMS standards
across production and quality operations.
Promote
Kaizen, Poka Yoke, and mistake-proofing initiatives
for quality improvements.
Drive cross-functional teams to achieve
zero-defect culture
and reduce internal/external rejections.
Prepare and deliver
presentations (PPTs)
for customer reviews, management updates, and technical discussions.
Ensure
timely closure of NCRs, CAPAs , and customer escalation reports.
Maintain strong customer communication and relationship-building for quality assurance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.Tech in
Mechanical Engineering .
4–7 years of experience
in QA/customer care in an automotive or sheet metal manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of
QMS, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and audit handling .
Hands-on exposure to
customer complaint handling and escalation management .
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and quality documentation tools .
Ability to handle
customer interactions independently
and work under pressure.
