Backed byIATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3standards, we deliver world-class quality and continuously strengthen our processes to meet evolving customer expectations.We are seeking an experiencedCustomer Care Sr. Engineer (QA)who can handle customer quality concerns, implement strong corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement on the shopfloor.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and resolvecustomer complaints , ensuring quick and effective corrective actions.Apply structured problem-solving tools such as8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, and Fishbone Analysis .LeadAPQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and related quality documentation .Supportcustomer audits, visits, and approvalsby preparing necessary data and presenting with confidence.ImplementQMS standardsacross production and quality operations.PromoteKaizen, Poka Yoke, and mistake-proofing initiativesfor quality improvements.Drive cross-functional teams to achievezero-defect cultureand reduce internal/external rejections.Prepare and deliverpresentations (PPTs)for customer reviews, management updates, and technical discussions.Ensuretimely closure of NCRs, CAPAs , and customer escalation reports.Maintain strong customer communication and relationship-building for quality assurance.Preferred Candidate ProfileDiploma / B.Tech inMechanical Engineering .4–7 years of experiencein QA/customer care in an automotive or sheet metal manufacturing setup.Knowledge ofQMS, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and audit handling .Hands-on exposure tocustomer complaint handling and escalation management .Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.Proficiency inExcel, PowerPoint, and quality documentation tools .Ability to handlecustomer interactions independentlyand work under pressure.Location : Faridabad, HaryanaApply to :  : Ms. Kamna | Website :
