Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager/B2B Sales, Problem-solving attitude, Customer-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing critical relationships to deliver strategic goals:
Expanding BBPS ecosystem in terms of partner universe
Drive revenue/txn numbers through these clients.
Ensure adoption of new initiatives through these partners
Ideate with these partners on elevating the relationship to one of co-creation instead of mere adoption.
Collaborate with product/banking/operations/compliance/finance team to ensure partner satisfaction in terms of their day to day operations
