Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Ludhiana & Ambala
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with prior experience in the real estate industry or a related field. Candidates from Ludhiana and Ambala will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for property sales.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
MBA Pursuing / Completed (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in Real Estate or related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred.
Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel.
Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates from Ludhiana & Ambala will be most preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
