Position: Senior Travel Sales Consultant
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist clients in identifying their ideal travel packages, offering expert guidance and recommendations.
Thoroughly research and absorb all pertinent information regarding international destinations, including pricing, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our clientele, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
Effectively sell tailored tour packages to discerning customers, aligning offerings with individual preferences and requirements.
Skillfully negotiate customizations or modifications requested by clients, striving to accommodate their needs to the fullest extent possible.
Contribute actively to achieving sales and revenue targets, driving profitability and growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in international travel to provide informed advice to clients.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or a related field.
Comprehensive Destination Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in international destinations is essential.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the travel sales domain.
Proven track record of securing sales in a customer-centric environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Innate talent for establishing rapport with clients.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
