Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for a travel company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling travel services, packages, and experiences to potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate revenue and increase the company's customer base by effectively engaging with clients, providing travel information, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor travel packages and services accordingly.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
Product Knowledge:Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's travel services, destinations, packages, and promotional offers.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
Sales and Lead Generation:Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads and opportunities.
Create and manage a database of leads and prospects.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the company's travel offerings.
Address client questions and concerns effectively.
Sales Process:Guide clients through the booking and payment process.
Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Negotiate prices and terms to close sales deals.
Targets and Reporting:Set and achieve sales targets as defined by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Provide post-sales support and address customer issues and concerns promptly.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues, including travel agents, customer service representatives, and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
- A passion for travel and a strong customer-centric approach.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
