Key Responsibilities: Grow and developthe domestic staffing business to 100 recruiters in 12 to 18months. Enhance business profitability and build a strong clientbase

JobDescription:

  • Overallmanagement of Domestic staffing for India including salesrecruitments and operations.
  • Responsible forachieving business revenue targets. Monitor sales and recruitingteam and ensure that their monthly targets are met.
  • Individual drive client acquisition including Fortune 500customers
  • Managing client delivery through thedelivery team
  • 100 % client coverage & andcoverage of requirement flow through effective tracking of thereports and dashboards. Should be familiar with ATSsystems.
  • Mentoring the team by providingguidance & and assistance in lead generation prospecting andother activities. Motivating the team to achieve the desired goalsimproves the morale and productivity of the team.
  • Involved in new employee recruitment constant training offresh recruits retention strategies and constantly motivatingemployees in bringing the best out of them participate in daily andweekly meetings to make sure that the said performance isattained.

Desired Skillsand Experience:

  • MBA withminimum 12 years experience in the staffing industry with 3 yearsas a division/business head for IT staffing
  • Should have delivered a revenue of Rs. 10 crores in thelast 2 years
  • Should have led a team of atleast 50 including Managers.
  • Ability to driverevenue and achieve targets
  • Proven history ofclient delivery and account mining
  • Should havestrong business development experience of acquiring enterprisecustomers
  • Excellent people management skillsCounselling handling grievances ensuring discipline helping andenabling the team with their challenges.
  • Excellent verbal / written communicationskills.
