Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Trbitix, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leveraging your strong connections with decision-makers in the BPO and KPO sectors. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining and nurturing existing relationships, and developing tailored staffing solutions to meet their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the BPO and KPO sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present Trbitix's staffing services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development within a staffing firm.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing clients in the BPO and KPO sectors.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in BPOs and KPOs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
