Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Set clear sales objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics for the region.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations with major accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure effective CRM utilization.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and analyze performance data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Manage regional sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales,
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
