About the Job : The role focuses on integrating Guidewire and SAP systems to improve business processes and operational efficiency, particularly in the insurance domain.

Title: Business Data Analyst

Job Location: Multiple Location (Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for integration projects involving SAP and Guidewire.
  • Analyze insurance-related business processes and SAP functionalities.
  • Design integration solutions that align with business needs.
  • Create detailed data flow and mapping documents between SAP and Guidewire systems.
  • Develop and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and project outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, especially in integration projects.
  • Expertise in Guidewire, SAP-RI, SAP-CD, and ACORD Standards.
  • Strong understanding of system mapping, data structures, and integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with API management, data integration tools, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
