Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Data Analyst to drive business growth and success through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

  • Support various sales activities, including sales forecast & planning, sales booking & commission data, and KPI analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Finance teams, ensuring seamless integration of sales and financial data.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in data analytics, statistics, or business management.
  • You have 5+ years' progressive finance and/or sales operation / business intelligence related experience.
  • You have experience with Power BI and Salesforce, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
