Commis Chef – Cloud Kitchen
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across multiple cuisines.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations, mise en place, and stock management.
- Support in receiving and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold kitchen SOPs and contribute to process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, ingredients, and multi-cuisine food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and FSSAI standards.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
