ce.What You’ll
Do:3PL Customer master data (payment terms, discount etc.,) clean-up from existing distributor and work with Commercial team to agree clean data for new distributor, validation post mo
ve.Support Master data templates and Accounting testing (UAT) for SAP new plant/distributor/process
es.Key support for SAP Integration Distribution project for various EU countries & post go-live activiti
es.Reconciliation of Daily Sales uploaded by commercial support team as per distributor sales report and whether it is in accordance to approved price li
st.Credit collection for the company and ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effective
ly.Ensuring proper allocation of receipt of payment to sales invoices, including discounts, Contra between Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledg
er.Validate Distribution fee / rebates as per contract is correctly applied to distributors / customers through 3
PL.Understanding of Rebates, Clawback & contract manageme
nt.Sending statements, invoices, balance & revenue confirmation letter to custome
rs.3PL documentation check for cut-offs (quarter) in accordance with IFRS
15.Identifying Accruals entries & Bad Debts Provisi
on.Variance analysis on Customer Sales Vs Distribution Fees/rebat
es.Aged Debtors report/analysis and Cash forecasting for management reporti
ng.Preparation of various B/S schedules for provisio
ns.Sound Knowledge of Internal Controls compliance (So
X).Support Revenue and AR function audit procedur
es.Coordination with 3PL partners (EU countries) bi-weekly or monthly for any queries and solutio
ns.Preparation of the SOP's for the new process of Sales & AR functio
ns.
