Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and optimize operations. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can wear multiple hats while building scalable commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Create and manage commercial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop pricing strategies and optimize product positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
E-commerce Operations
- Optimize online sales channels and marketplace presence
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Analyze customer data and shopping behaviors to drive conversion improvements
- Manage inventory planning and demand forecasting
- Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies
Required QualificationsExperience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial, sales, or business development experience. Gift cards sales experience is important. Experince in dealing with technology and GCC's is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting commercial targets

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data analysis
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
