Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Specification Incorporation and Achievement: Ensure MYK Laticrete products are specified in a variety of projects (housing, commercial, government, private, etc.). Achieve specification targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of projects.
  • Technical and In-House Seminars: Conduct technical seminars with architects and engineers, as well as in-house seminars for consulting houses and builder groups
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and target long-term business opportunities with key customers in various sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional consultants, key influencers in government offices, agents, and bodies. Manage liaison with government officials and departments for necessary approvals and develop the influencers and specifications capability for long-term business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in B2B business, preferably in the Infrastructure or Building Materials industry. Knowledge of the specification process is advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction chemical sector or infrastructure industry is essential.
  • Educational Background: Diploma in Engineering, BTech, or BE in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering from a reputed university.
