We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager for our Clear Aligner business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental or orthodontic sales, with proven expertise in building relationships with clinics, hospitals, and dental chains

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of clear aligners through B2B channels, including dental clinics, DSOs, and orthodontists.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand regional market presence.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for partners.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close large deals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related field.

  • 4–10 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in dental/medical devices).

  • Strong network within dental/orthodontic communities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory.

Preferred Companies / Background:

Candidates with prior sales experience in dental device/aligner brands will be preferred.
