Company Description

AIKA Health is India's first holistic Gut health clinic located in New Delhi. We specialize in root cause diagnosis and holistic treatment for digestive issues such as IBS, Acid Reflux, Gastritis, Liver issues and more. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and personalized nutrition solutions to improve the gut health and overall well-being of our clients.


The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Evaluating symptoms, medical history & health conditions of clients, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required.


Role Requirements

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Cold calling, warm calling, regular follow ups for lead closure.
  • Actively participate in company's business development and sales initiatives
  • Maintain consistent contact with prospective clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Passion for educating and empowering individuals to make healthier choices
  • Strong English & Hindi Communication skills
  • Friendly and out going personality and strong inter personal and soft skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - B.Pharma, B.Sc, BDS, BPT with 0-2 years in Sales industry,
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
