Overview :

IP Wagon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate with a focus on the Intellectual Property (IP) industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating leads, conducting market research, and communicating effectively to expand our client base. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through various outreach methods including emailing, LinkedIn, and calling.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients within the IP sector using various channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Intellectual Property domain.
  • Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting IP Wagon's services and value propositions.
  • Client Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospective and existing clients to foster relationships and secure business opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the IP industry.
  • Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, market research findings, and progress of business development activities.


Qualifications:

  • Presentation Skills and Communication: Proficiency in creating and delivering effective presentations, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lead Generation and Market Research: Proven ability to generate leads and conduct comprehensive market research.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and solve problems efficiently.
  • Independence and Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or the Intellectual Property field is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Intellectual Property Law, or a related field.
