Role Description

TechIndika is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing clients from both Indian and overseas markets, and managing the entire marketing and client acquisition process. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract clients from diverse markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Qualification:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the tech industry.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and MERN technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve targets.
