Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, qualifications, and skills, providing input on job descriptions to accurately represent the role.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, while engaging in proactive sourcing methods like headhunting and networking to find passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit, and review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring candidates receive detailed information about the interview process and the role.
- Conduct in-depth interviews using behavioral and technical techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare competitive job offers, present and negotiate offers with candidates, and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback, while building and nurturing relationships to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Should hold Permanent hiring experience for clients requirements and Boolean searches experience for sourcing the Tech Candidates.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, providing regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress.
- Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through networking events, social media engagement, and industry partnerships, developing content that showcases the company’s culture and career opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices, creating talent maps to identify and engage with potential candidates in strategic roles.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in tech recruiting , with a strong understanding of the IT/tech industry and related roles.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with technical roles and terminology, with the ability to assess candidates for various tech positions.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using sourcing channels like job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks, along with experience in proactive sourcing methods like headhunting.
- Interviewing Skills: Strong interviewing skills, including the ability to conduct behavioral and technical interviews to thoroughly assess candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR technologies.
