Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine rankings.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts, curate content, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or social media marketing are an added advantage.
