Gujarat- Supervisor - Store- KZ) Description ØSupervise activity related to unloading of Stores material ØMaterial to be received and issued to plan as per their requirement. ØEnsure minimum wastage in material handling. ØEnsure the material should be issued against proper requisition. ØEnsure proper physical verification on regular basis to avoid stock discrepancy ØSystem posting for Material receipt and issue. ØTo ensure that material should be checked immediately by QC after receiving of material. ØEnsure to cross verify the Gate Inward entry vs System Entry. ØTransaction of inventory and WIP must be reported to accounts department. ØDevelop tools for the identification of material received – like sticker etc. ØTo ensure that material reach to the shop floor within the given time, so that production will not hamper. ØTraceability of material to be improved. ØImmediate report to insurance department if any Transit material gets damaged. ØKnowledge related to ISO audits system is Mandatory ØKnowledge related to Safety is Mandatory. ØAlso Maintain FIFO.
