**Responsibilities**:

- Knoweledge and awareness of IATF 16942:2016
- Analysis for Supply related quality issues (Familiar with measuring technique and test equipments for Mechanical parts.
- Preparation of quality issues and its countermeasure.
- Implementation of QC tools in process for prevention and monitoring of defects on customer end and in process.
- Preparation quality issue analysis preparing PPAP
- Control all quality documents and handle quality checked m/c i.e.
- Ensuring calibration of gauges and instrument in time and use of related gauges on each line.
- Process and product audit plan and monitoring.
- Works as an internal auditor and ISO audit
- Handling customer complaints.
- Developing the new part with the development team.
- Supplier on site evaluation audit Implementation of statistical technique at supplier location and problem solving techniques
- Establishing the common Inspection method for Company and supplier.
- Preparation of Supplier wise PPM trend and follow up with supplier for corrective action
- Properly handling the shift and quality.

**Production Manager and PPC ** 1.process Control and operation in shop floor

2.achive the production target.

3.Manpower handling & Adjusting as per Production & planning control.

4.Raw Material & Inventory control.

5.Monitoring & follow up of tooling.

6.Monitoring the production rate & corrective action.

7. Co-ordinate with Sales, HR, Purchase, Design & Quality Dept. Head.

8. Adhering to delivery schedule & Regular and steady flow of quality production

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
