**Job Overview**:
The Fire Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing fire safety programs and procedures within the organization. This includes monitoring fire safety compliance, conducting fire drills, implementing fire prevention measures, and ensuring that all staff are trained in emergency fire safety protocols. The Fire Safety Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and facilities in the event of a fire or emergency situation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Fire Safety or Fire Prevention (e.g., NFPA, OSHA Fire Safety) preferred.
- Fire Safety or Health & Safety-related degree or higher education is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in fire safety, emergency management, or a related field, typically 3-8 years.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team in a safety or emergency response environment is preferred.
- **Certifications**:

- Certification in fire safety management, first aid, or emergency response is highly desirable.
- OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety certification is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA, OSHA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during emergency situations.
- Proficient in the use of fire safety equipment, emergency systems, and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,049.97 - ₹32,774.31 per month
