**Job Title: Production Supervisor-Fabricator**

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing unit, specializing in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, dryers, gas generators, storage tanks, skids, and process piping. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the fabrication process, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper usage of equipment and resources, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and industry standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to avoid delays.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members, providing guidance for performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily reports and inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- ITI Must have fabricator experience, additional technical or engineering training is a plus.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fabrication (heat exchangers, pressure vessels etc) or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with production scheduling and quality control processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Salary**: 20-30k

Job Time: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (Mon-Sat)
