**Description**

**Job Purpose**

Responsible for performing Production planning, Scheduling, Inventory control, MIS, Performance analysis and raw material and consumable procurement.

**Accountability**
- Preparing Daily Production planning duly interacting with all stakeholders.
- Optimize man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets.
- Preparation of Monthly & Annual Budgets for raw material, consumable and Brought on consumption.
- Understanding of Techno commercial aspect of supply Chain.
- Special development projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.
- Tracking of RM, Consumable and FG stock.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing production schedules and revisions when required due to design changes, material shortages, and RM and Consumable delays.
- Collaborating with management, sales, production, and supply chain to ensure finished goods shipping deadlines are met.
- Requisition and track inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Report daily on manufacturing data such production rates and materials inventories.
- Tracking and reporting on component liability based on client forecasting
- Visits to manufacturing sites and inventory warehouses

**Qualifications**

Ø Any Graduate.

Ø Should have 03 to 08 years of work exp. in production planning and control.
