**Job Title: Finished Goods Supervisor**

**Position Overview**:
The Finished Goods Supervisor in an injection molding manufacturing company plays a critical role in overseeing the handling, storage, and distribution of finished molded products. This position ensures that all finished products meet the company’s stringent quality standards, are properly stored, and are efficiently prepared for delivery to customers or internal departments. The Supervisor will lead a team, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and manage inventory, contributing to the seamless flow of the production process.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finished goods or warehouse management, ideally in an injection molding or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and managing inventory in a manufacturing setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes and product quality standards.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse operations.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹13,005.48 - ₹25,464.14 per month
