**Job Title**: Factory Worker - FMCG

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment for product manufacturing and packaging.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness in the workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform quality checks on products and report any discrepancies.
- Work in collaboration with supervisors and fellow workers to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of production activities.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of factory safety practices.
- Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing units is preferred but not mandatory.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum qualification: ITI (2021-2024 Graduates only).

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, rotational shifts may be required.

**Location**: Sanand Industrial Estate, Siyawada Chokdi, Near GIDC Office, Taluka-Sanand, Ahmedabad 382170, Gujarat GJ

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus

Work Location: In person
