Are you an experienced leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Factory Supervisor at Better living furniture.

**Position**: Factory Supervisor
**Location**: Bhatpore
**Salary**: 15-22,000/
- **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor production schedules and work closely with the production planning team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.
