Grinder Man Location Sanand Gujarat Salary 18 000 - 20 000 Experience ITI Certification Fitter Machinist Related Trade Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Grinder Man with ITI certification to carry out precision grinding and finishing of metal components The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of grinding tools safety standards and machining processes Key Responsibilities Operate bench grinder angle grinder and other grinding equipment Perform surface finishing burr removal and shaping of metal parts Read and follow technical drawings or supervisor instructions Check dimensions using measuring instruments vernier micrometer gauges Ensure work meets quality standards and tolerance requirements Maintain machines tools and workplace cleanliness Follow safety guidelines strictly during grinding operations Identify defects and report equipment issues promptly Required Qualification Skills ITI certification in Fitter Machinist Turner Grinder or related trade Basic understanding of machining and metal finishing processes Knowledge of grinding tools abrasives and safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Good physical stamina and attention to detail Benefits Salary as per industry standards 18 000 - 20 000 Overtime allowances as per company policy Stable and growth-oriented work environment PF ESI as applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
