Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in quartz and engineered stone markets (domestic & international).
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, fabricators, distributors, and end clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Project Management
- Manage client projects from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality, and finance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress, resolve challenges, and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Ensure after-sales service, addressing client feedback and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and project documentation.
- Provide monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in sales and project management within quartz, granite, marble, building materials, or interior/architectural industry.
- Strong understanding of quartz products, fabrication, and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international as required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales & project management (quartz/building materials industry preferred).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Timely and successful execution of client projects.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market expansion and new client acquisition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
