We are looking for a CAD Draftsman with a background in master planning to support the preparation of technical drawings and plans for large-scale developments. The ideal candidate will assist planners and architects in producing visually coherent and spatially accurate layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare base maps, zoning layouts, and detailed master plan drawings.
  • Update land-use plans, circulation diagrams, and site development plans.
  • Coordinate with urban planners, landscape architects, and GIS teams.
  • Support 2D and 3D visual communication for presentations and reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Drafting.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are desirable.
  • Understanding of zoning regulations, plot subdivision, and urban context.
  • Experience on regional or international master plans is beneficial.
  • GCC experience is a plus, not a must.
