Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to translate architectural concepts and sketches into precise technical documentation for our diverse real estate projects. Submission of portfolio & CV is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with architects to understand design concepts and translate them into detailed working drawings.

2. Prepare accurate and detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software.

3. Assist in the creation of presentation drawings and other visual materials as required.

4. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and company guidelines.

5. Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.

6. Learn and implement company-specific drawing standards and workflows.

7. Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions as needed.

8. Accompany senior architects on site visits to learn about construction processes and gain practical experience.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or certification in Draughtsmanship, Architecture Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a draughtsman, preferably in an architectural or construction setting.

3. Proven proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., SketchUp) & Microsoft Office is a plus.

4. Strong understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Good organizational and time management skills.

7. Basic understanding of building materials and construction methods.
