Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee query management, HR operations, HR compliances, HR engagement, and office administration. This role is critical in ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and maintaining a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment:

  • Support the recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.


Employee Query Management:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate HR team members as needed.
  • Track and analyze query trends to improve HR services.


HR Operations:


  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.


HR Compliances:


  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations and labor laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance requirements and implement necessary changes.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.


HR Engagement:


  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
  • Organize and manage employee events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop initiatives that enhance employee motivation and retention.


Office Administration:


  • Assist with office administration tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
