About The Wellness Shop:

The Wellness Shop is a leading brand in clean beauty and wellness, committed to offering natural and sustainable products. We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on bulk hiring for sales roles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, with an emphasis on bulk hiring for sales teams .
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to understand specific recruitment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and progress.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.


Requirements:
  • Experience:  Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in bulk hiring, especially for sales roles .
  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, job boards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
