We provide full-stack payment solutions enabling businesses in India to collect payments and make payouts via all available methods with simple integration. Cashfree's offerings include an advanced and easy way to integrate payment gateway, a split payment solution for marketplaces, bank account verification API, and Auto Collect - a virtual account solution to match inbound payments to customers.

Your Opportunity :

- Work closely with our customers to identify, design, and propose solutions to their most critical business problems.

- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and Customer organizations to resolve technical deployment challenges

- Review entire problem logs and identify recurring problems.

- Taking ownership of technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

- Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering teams to find ways to improve the product and drive high-quality production.

Requirements :

- Atleast 6 months+ of internship experience.

- Knowledge of Unix/Linux-based systems.

- Hands-on with the programming language JAVA

- Experience working with SQL and writing queries to get data for debugging issues.

- Creatively come up with solutions for various problems and implement them.

- Excellent analytical and logical thinking.

- Problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with our customers to identify, design, and propose solutions to their most critical business problems.

- End-to-end development and ownership of banking and financial institutions integration into the Cashfree product suite

- Develop custom solutions, APIs, and Dashboards for internal/External teams and improve operational excellence.

- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and - Customer organizations to resolve technical challenges

- Be a developer experience advocate and enhance the merchant experience by influencing the product roadmap
