The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company with the help of Channel Partners. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

- Promoting range of water & waste water solutions including plant and specialty chemicals among medium and light industry segments through network of authorized channel partners in the western region- Monitoring, controlling and modifying channel network across region to ensure deeper market penetration and customer coverage.- Grooming, hand holding team of Channel Managers to achieve preset objective through channel partners- Business Development initiative like conducting customer meets, approaching consultants and EPC contractors etc

Qualifications

- 17 years + experience managing in selling water and waste water solutions- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience in handling team and region
