Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines. Ensure that the service delivery processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Continuously monitor and improve service delivery processes.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with service delivery. Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure continuity and reliability of services.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance to stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes and activities.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in project management or business administration are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in the life sciences domain. Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality services.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the life sciences domain.
