With a rich legacy of providing top-notch products to our customers, we are expanding our global reach and looking for a dedicated and dynamic Export Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive our international growth and ensure our basmati rice reaches customers worldwide.
Job Description:
As the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our international sales strategy. You will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless export operations. Your goal is to increase our market share and enhance our brand's global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and retailers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the food and agriculture industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
