This is a front-end sales position. Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutique include store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it
- Ensuring the highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Build a long-term relationship with the customer
- Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines
- Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail
- Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product
- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
- Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results
- Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained
- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
· Education. Bachelor's Degree
· Experience: 1 – 5 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brand
· Languages: Fluent in English
· Skills required:

Ø Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ø Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
