Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutique include store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it- Ensuring the highest degree of customer service and in-store experience- Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty- Build a long-term relationship with the customer- Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines- Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail- Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with- Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results- Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often· Education. Bachelor's Degree· Experience: 1 – 5 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brand· Languages: Fluent in English· Skills required:Ø Organized & process orientedØ Brand Image ConcernedØ Ability to write reportsØ Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skillsØ Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.Ø Strong computer & analytical skills· Behavioral competencies:Ø Responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve servicesØ Manages difficult or emotional customer situationsØ Demonstrate attention to detailØ Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customersØ Adhere to company policies & proceduresØ Supports the organization’s goals & valuesØ Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and completes tasks on timeØ Meets challenges & resourcefulnessØ Adapts to changes in the work environmentØ Generates suggestions for improving work and develops innovative approaches and ideasDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Meets productiveness standards, completes work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
