Notre client est un groupe spécialisé dans la fabrication et la commercialisation matériels professionnels d'aspiration, de nettoyage et de collecte (Aspirateurs, Autolaveuses, Monobrosses, Chariots de lavage, Chariots hôteliers) distribue ses produits dans plus de 68 pays, et au travers de ses 6 filiales.
Le client n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...)
Mission
Réaliser la supervision et l’exploitation des infrastructure de production IT (serveur, etc.) ;
Superviser la gestion des systèmes des applications de télécommunications ;
Réaliser les tâches d’administration et d’exploitation des outils de production ;
Porter assistance et recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs en mettant en place des projets d’évolution si nécessaire ;
Diagnostiquer à distance ou à proximité des utilisateurs les dysfonctionnements informatiques (matériel ou logiciel) ;
Guider l’utilisateur ou prendre le contrôle du système informatique pour résoudre les incidents et anomalies de fonctionnement ;
Installer et mettre en service les nouveaux équipements informatiques ;
Former les utilisateurs à l’utilisation de nouveaux outils et aux bonnes pratiques ;
Configurer le poste de travail en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs ;
Effectuer la maintenance des logiciels et matériels informatiques : mises à niveau, réparations, remplacement, transferts de données, sécurité des systèmes ;
Participer aux projets d’évolution des infrastructures IT ;
Elaborer et développer des applications et des logiciels informatiques ;
Réaliser la documentation inhérente au SI ;
Superviser l’achat des équipements informatiques et des logiciels ;
Superviser la conception et la mise en œuvre du système d’information et le maintenir en conditions opérationnelles ;

Compétences Techniques :
Connaissance large des systèmes d’information et de leurs évolutions
Les bases de données SQL Server
Les solutions logicielles type ERP
Maîtrise des normes de sécurité et de l’actualité des risques mondiaux e matière de sécurité
Bonne connaissance dans les systèmes d’exploitation pour les ordinateurs (Windows…) et les téléphones portables (Android, IOS…)
Les différents langages de programmation
Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion multi projets
Maîtrise de l’anglais technique
Aptitudes professionnelles
Sens de l’anticipation pour mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes
Adaptabilité car le secteur informatique évolue toujours et une veille technologique est primordiale pour maintenir le système d’information en état de fonctionnement et l’optimiser
Qualités relationnelles et sens de l’écoute
Capacité à négocier avec les collaborateurs (définir les objectifs, participer au processus de recrutement) et les prestataires (obtenir le produit ou le service offrant le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour l’entreprise)
Pédagogie car le responsable informatique doit être capable d’expliquer les changements liés à de nouveaux projets informatiques
Compétences minimum attendues :
