Role/ Job Title: Opcenter (Camstar) Support ExecutiveRelevant Experience: 7+ YearsSalary: Upto 20+LacsWork Location: Anywhere in India (with flexibility to visit client sites as and when required)Job SummaryJoin a global leader in delivering Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) as a senior Opcenter (Camstar) Support Executive.This is a critical techno-functional role in a large-scale, mission-critical global program supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations in the Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences industry.You will be the go-to expert for Opcenter / Camstar MES, owning incident resolution, integrations (ERP, PLC/SCADA, IoT), root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.If you love solving complex production-down issues, driving automation, and keeping global plants running smoothly – this is the perfect role for you.Must-Have Skills & ExperienceStrong techno-functional expertise and extensive hands-on experience on Opcenter Execution (formerly Camstar) platformProven track record in L2/L3 production support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using COTS products like Opcenter / Camstar in large global programsDeep experience in Camstar Interoperability (CIO) / MOM module – inbound/outbound messaging, equipment integration, and ERP integration (especially SAP)Solid integration experience with Level 1 & Level 2 systems (PLC, SCADA, OPC UA/DA, IoT devices)Good working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/BTP) and DevOps practices for MES applicationsHands-on experience with SQL/Oracle databases, writing queries, and performance troubleshootingFamiliarity with ITIL processes, SLA management, and ticketing tools (IRIS, JIRA, ServiceNow)Demonstrated ability to perform feasibility analysis, propose standardized reusable solutions, and lead root cause analysis (RCA)Understanding of hardware, network, and operating systems in a manufacturing environmentExcellent leadership, communication (verbal & written), and stakeholder management skillsProven success working with cross-functional, cross-cultural, and global teams including vendors and clientsGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for manufacturing dashboardsKnowledge of Medical Device or Pharma manufacturing processes (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, ISA-95, MESA standards)Exposure to .NET customization in Opcenter/CamstarAny certification in Opcenter, ITIL, or cloud platformsKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesOwn and resolve high-priority incidents (P1/P2/P3) related to Opcenter/Camstar MES and its integrations within defined SLAsPerform reactive and proactive problem management, including root cause analysis and permanent fixesSupport seamless integration between MES and ERP (SAP), PLC/SCADA, Historians, LIMS, and other L1/L2/L3 systemsTroubleshoot equipment connectivity issues via OPC, CIO/MOM, and custom interfacesCollaborate with functional teams, system admins, infrastructure, and vendors for faster resolutionDrive automation initiatives and participate in service improvement programsStandardize solutions for reusability, supportability, and faster MTTRBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal delivery teamsContribute to knowledge management – create runbooks, known error databases, and solution articlesEnsure 24×7 availability and optimal performance of responsible MES applicationsPlease Mail me your updated profile to With Regards,Victor
