Job Overview:


Frenzy is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, helping to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue for our mobile gaming company. Job Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and new market segments for in app experiences as well as the Frenzy Item Shop.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential partners and clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards targets.


Job Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the mobile gaming or technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business development principles, sales strategies, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the capability to assess market opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A genuine interest in mobile gaming and an understanding of the industry landscape is a plus.
